Depot Investments was formed in 2004 with the purchase of a single industrial site in the Wairau Valley, Auckland.
Further acquisitions have been made over the last 20 years with a common theme being the purchase of well located but previously under-utilised industrial sites.
Through further capital expenditure, these sites have been transformed to provide functional premises for a range of Auckland industries.
A key philosophy of Depot Investment is building long term relationships with tenants to ensure stable business growth for all parties.
